Fife Flyers v Belfast Giants

Wednesday night ice hockey at the Fife Ice Arena and Belfast Giants are the visitors as Fife Flyers look to secure another Elite League win.  The match starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available online.

After an erratic start to the season Fife Flyers hit their straps in December and early January before a string of  defeats put the brakes on their climb up the table.  Flyers turned that form around in early February only to suffer consecutive defeats to Sheffield Steelers and Manchester Storm, something they were aiming to address during a busy fixture list last week.

Fife Flyers are sitting comfortably in fourth place at the time of writing, their place in the end of season play-offs secure.  However the Flyers will be keen to get some more points in the bag not just to maintain a winning momentum but also to finish the season as high as possible and with that secure a best draw possible for the play-offs.  That resolve will be tested tonight by a Belfast Giants side who are flying high in third place in the Elite League at the time of writing.

Face-off tonight is at 7.30pm.
