The waiting is over for the England Hockey Premier Division Finals 2026 at Subiton Hockey Club. After eight months of action, the top four women’s and men’s sides have stamped their passes for finals weekend where they all have a chance to raise the trophy on Finals Day.
Eight teams, one venue and a weekend packed with high-quality hockey. The culmination of the elite-level club season takes place over two exciting days. The semi-finals are on Saturday 2 May with the third/fourth play-offs and finals on Sunday 3 May.
Reading are the defending champions in the Women’s Premier Division, securing their first title since 2013 with a victory over nine-time winners Surbiton in the 2024/25 final.
Surbiton are the defending champions of the England Hockey League Men’s Premier Division, having won the 2024/25 title by defeating Old Georgians 2-1 in the finals.
Strap yourselves in as the top four men’s and women’s teams go head-to-head to see who will be crowned the 2025/2026 Premier Division champions. A great showcase for the domestic game at its finest!

🎟️ Tickets are on sale via the ‘Get Tickets’ link. Weekend and day passes are available. Note: there are no reserved spaces around the pitch. Spectators can watch the action from the side of the pitch or at either end behind the goals.

3.30pm – Open/Men’s semi-final 1

11am – Women’s 3rd/4th play-off
1.15pm – Open/Men’s 3rd/4th play-off
3.30pm – Women’s final
6pm – Open/Men’s final
🚊🚗 Travel tips: The nearest railway station to Surbiton Hockey Club is Surbiton overground which is served by regular trains from Clapham Junction and London Waterloo. The K3 bus (which you can take from outside the station) stops near the venue. Alternatively, it’s a 10-minute taxi journey from the station. Plan your journey using the Transport for London website. If driving, parking is available on both days at Long Ditton Cricket Club. This costs £10 and can be purchased at the same time as your tickets.
