SEASON SO FAR
Chelsea will be disappointed with a 2-2 draw against Burnley at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League. The Blue remain 11th in the table.
Vincent Kompany’s Clarets came from behind twice with ten men to snatch a point from Mauricio Pochettino’s side. Star boy Cole Palmer scored twice for the hosts, including an opening panenka penalty, which looked to secure three points for Pochettino’s side. Burley fought throughout, and a Dara O’Shea header sent the travelling fans into raptures in the away end. Raheem Sterling should’ve won it for the Blues at the death, his header sailing just wide of the post. Meanwhile talisman Jay Rodriguez hit the crossbar for the visitors in the last few minutes.
Update Sunday 7 April: Chelsea followed up a memorable 4-3 home win over Manchester United with a battling 2-2 draw on the road at Sheffield United.
Up next, Chelsea host Everton in the Premier League on Monday 15 April. It’s a must-win match for the Blues if they are to maintain their pursuit of European football next season.

West Brompton and Imperial Wharf – both on the London Overground – are both about a 15 minute walk from Stamford Bridge. Bus routes 14, 211 and 414 stop outside the ground.
