Welcome to the Club!

Congratulations on joining the SportonSpec Club!

And while we have your undivided attention a quick request and a sporting treat ...

If you have friends, family or colleagues who enjoy their sport and you think will benefit for the Club please feel free to tell them about us!  Likewise if if you use social media feel our London and Scotland accounts can be followed via the links in the footer below.

To ensure you receive the weekly newsletter safely we recommend adding info@sportonspec.co.uk to your safe sender list as per the instructions below.

Last but not enjoy a moment of sporting history ... Day 7 of the London Olympics at Eton Dorney on Day 7 of the London Olympics, some 30,000 people there to witness Katherine Grainger and Anna Watkins truimph in the women's double sculls.  GB finishing in first place ahead of Australia and Poland: the win at last laying to rest Grainger's silver medal ghost (a second place at the three previous Olympics) with gold the colour of the day.

Tips to ensure you receive SportonSpec emails safely as follows:-

*Internet service providers, email services and IT departments all protect you from spam, however this can result in emails you want getting blocked as well. To ensure you receive your weekly Sport on Spec update we recommend the following:-

1. Your email software: Put info@sportonspec.co.uk in your 'safe sender' list and if you are a Hotmail or Gmail user add our email address to your address book.

2. Your anti-spam software: If you have anti-spam software running on your machine such as Norton or McAfee, add info@sportonspec.co.uk to the safe sender list.

3. Your IT Department or Internet Service Provider (ISP): If you are still not receiving our weekly email having taken steps 1 & 2 above, it's likely your IT department or ISP is blocking emails from info@sportonspec.co.uk before they can reach you. In that case we suggest you ask your ISP and/or IT department allow emails to come through to you from info@sportonspec.co.uk by 'whitelisting' the address.

Last but not least - if all else fails it may be time to get a new email address!
