CONGRATULATIONS to Luke Humphries (pictured below) who beat defending champion Luke Littler 11-8 to claim the 2025 Premier League Darts crown in front of a sell-out crowd at The O2. Premier League Darts London tickets had been in huge demand and those in the building were treated to a memorable night of arrows action. Earlier in the evening Humphries beat Nathan Aspinall 10-7 in the first semi-final. Littler then produced a stirring comeback against Gerwyn Price to win their last-four showdown 10-7.
2025 EVENT PREVIEW
Strap yourselves in! The best darts players in the world are headed to The O2 on Thursday 29 May for the 2025 Premier League Darts London Play-Off Final.
A packed house will be in attendance at Greenwich Peninsula on Thursday 29 May as the last men standing in the season’s Premier League Darts tournament do battle on the oche. Premier League Darts London tickets are on sale now to watch the action live!
The 2025 Premier League darts season started in Belfast at the beginning of February. The action has taken place in cities across Europe over 17 Thursday nights, climaxing with tonight’s finale. The Play-Offs are back at The O2 for the third year in a row, where a total tournament prize pot of £1,000,000 at stake, not to mention the coveted title.
Teenage sensation and reigning champion Luke Littler is back to defend the title he won last May. Littler (pictured below) took the darts world by storm in 2024. He was the youngest player ever to feature in the Premier League, landed a nine-dart finish en route to an 11-7 victory over PDC world champion Luke Humphries. A record crowd of 14,000 fans were at The O2 to witness the action.
2025 PREMIER LEAGUE LINE-UP
This season Littler – now also the reigning PDC world champion after his victory at Alexandra Palace in January – will be joined by the aforementioned world number one and 2024 world champion Luke Humphries, as they head up a stellar cast of players taking part in 2025. The Play-Off champion from 2023, Michael van Gerwen, also returns. He is searching for what would be an eighth Premier League title.
Humphries, Littler and van Gerwen will face stiff competition from a host of darts stars battling to make it to the Play-Off Final. Rob Cross, Stephen Bunting, Chris Dobey and Nathan Aspinall will all fancy their chances. And 2023 Premier League runner-up Gerwyn Price, who completes the roster of eight players who will do battle this season, cannot be ruled out.
