AWAY DAY: Lexus Eastbourne Open 2026

🎾 A world-class line-up of tennis stars is once against set to thrill the Devonshire Park crowds as the Lexus Eastbourne Open returns to the south coast in June 2026.  Read on for a preview and the latest ticket information.

Taking place from Saturday 20 to Saturday 27 June the International Eastbourne International has a WTA 500 series and ATP 250 series classification.  Played at Devonshire Park, the event steeped in history and has welcomed some of the world’s best players onto its courts.  International Eastbourne tickets go on sale in due course.  See above for how to receive an automatic on sale alert!

The first women’s international tournament was held at Devonshire Park in 1974.  It became a combined event with the ATP Tour in 2009.  2024 marked the 50th anniversary of the tournament and the 150th anniversary of Devonshire Park.

WOMEN’S TOURNAMENT 2025 PREVIEW

Previous winners of the women’s tournament include tennis legends Chris Evert (who won the very first tournament in 1974) and nine-time Wimbledon singles champion Martina Navratilova.  Along with numerous Grand Slam champions including Virginia Wade, Monica Seles, Jana Novotná, Lindsay Davenport, Kim Clijsters, Justine Henin, Jeļena Ostapenko and Caroline Wozniacki. 

The reigning women’s singles champion is Maya Joint who defeated Alexandra Eala in 2025 to claim her first WTA women’s title on grass.  

MEN’S TOURNAMENT 2025 PREVIEW

The first men’s tournament in 2009 was won by Dmitry Tursunov.  In 2012 former US Open champion Andy Roddick won before Spanish star Feliciano López claimed the title in 2014 and 2015.  Then after a two-year gap a certain Novak Djokovic won in 2017.   Taylor Fritz is a three-time (and current!) champion and Australia’s rising star Alex de Minaur won in 2021.

The reigning men’s singles champions is Taylor Fritz.  The world No.5 lifted the trophy for the fourth time in 2025.

Expect this year’s tournament to be another highlight on the tennis calendar!

🚊 🚗 Travel tips: The tournament takes place at Devonshire Park.  This is a 10-minute walk from Eastbourne town centre. Eastbourne station is a 15/20 minute walk from the venue.
