🥊 The Copper Box Arena is the place to be for high-stakes heavyweight boxing as Johnny Fisher and Dave Allen clash in a rematch on Saturday 17 May.
🎟️ Tickets are on general sale here.
After their controversial first fight in Saudi Arabia, Johnny Fisher and Dave Allen meet again at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. ‘The Romford Bull’ and ‘The White Rhino’ are on a collision course and you can be there. Fisher v Allen tickets are on sale now.
Romford’s Fisher (13-0, 11 KOs) took a contentious split-decision victory over Doncaster’s Allen (32-7-2, 18 KOs) on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury 2 at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh. Two of the judges scored in Fisher’s favour, despite the 26-year-old ‘Romford Bull’ suffering a knockdown in the fifth round of a gruelling ten-round heavyweight clash.
Fisher returns to the scene of his sensational one-round destruction of Croatia’s Alen Babic last summer, looking to put this chapter of his career to bed. Allen is convinced he will be able to take the decision out of the judges’ hands in the rematch by knocking Fisher out this time.
“I’m looking forward to headlining my second sold-out event at the Copper BOSH Arena on May 17,” said Fisher. “I’m excited to put on another great fight for the fans and win in even better fashion this time around.”
When the fight was announced, Allen said: “I’m excited to be getting another great opportunity. To headline shows twice in London means a great deal to a kid from a small village in Doncaster. This time I will be bringing home the victory.”
