2015 IPC Swimming World Championships

The final day of the IPC Swimming World Championships at Tollcross International Swimming Centre sees the last of the championship medals decided in the pool.

Over 650 athletes from 50 countries have been taking part in the biggest international para-swimming competition since London 2012.  Team GB includes a true superstar of the sport, four-time Paralympic Champion Ellie Simmonds, alongside local heroes Andrew Mullen and Scott Quin.  The competition, the pinnacle of para-swimming, is a great opportunity to see world-class para-swimming in the Tollcross pool that hosted the Glasgow 2014 competition.

The heats start today at 10am with the finals from 6pm.  For a list of races taking place today check out the full competition schedule via the IPC Swimming website.

Tickets for both sessions can be purchased via the ‘Get Tickets’ link priced at: Adults £10 and £15 for the heats and finals respectively/Under 16s go free to all sessions.
