Saturday night racing can only mean one thing at Hamilton Park this weekend … Ladies Night! Yes, that’s right former The Only Way is Essex star Mark Wright will be making a guest appearance as a special treat for the ladies on a night that promises betting, fashion and dancing.
Mr Wright will be playing a DJ set upon the conclusion of the last race but that’s not all that’s on offer. Capital FM’s Des and Jenni will be hosting this year’s Best Dressed Lady competition as the ladies can take to the catwalk to show off their finest outfits and be in with the chance of winning a host of fantastic prizes including £1,000. And let’s not forget the racing with seven races on the card and plenty of action to enjoy – the 1 mile 1 furlong Margaret Smith Memorial Handicap is one of the night’s feature races alongside the Highland Spring Nursery Handicap which is a qualifier for the 20,000 Highland Spring Water race at Hamilton Park.
Gates open at 4pm with the evening’s first race at 5.40pm and the last race at 8.45pm.
Tickets in advance are available online via ‘Get Tickets’ or by telephoning the Racecourse Office on 01698 283806. A £2 discount per ticket applies to advance purchases which are available up until midnight the day before an event.
