It’s official. College football will make its debut under the famous Wembley arch in 2026. Kansas will face Arizona State on Saturday 19 September. It’s the first game of a series that will feature multiple games in with different college teams over the coming years. Union Jack Classic tickets will go on sale in due course.
The Union Jack Classic will take place during Week Three of the 2026 season. Kansas will be the designated home team for the Conference match-up. The Arizona State Sun Devils and Kansas Jayhawks are rivals in the Big 12 Conference, one of the ‘Power Four’ conferences that compete at the highest level of college football.
Kansas are one of the oldest college football programs. Their first season was in 1890. Notable former Jayhawks include Gale Sayers and Aqib Talib.
Arizona State have seen players such as Terrell Suggs, Zach Miller and most recently New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo drafted into the NFL. They are currently ranked as one of the top 25 college teams in America.
