West Coast Trojans. 2016 fixtures.

West Coast Trojans v Edinburgh Wolves

West Coast Trojans welcome Edinburgh Wolves to Irvine Meadow X1 Football Club for a showdown between two Scottish rivals experiencing very different fortunes in NFC 1.

It’s not been the season West Coast Trojans would have hoped for, a record of 4 wins and 5 losses so far consigning the Trojans to fourth place in the table.  The last two matches have proved particularly costly for the Trojans, consecutive home defeats against Manchester Titans and Yorkshire Rams putting pay to any hopes of reaching the end of season play-offs.  Hence they will be playing for pride only this afternoon against their rivals from the east, Edinburgh Wolves.

The team from the capital are top of the table with a perfect record of 8 wins from 8 matches played.  And as they head towards the BritBowl play-offs the Wolves are unlikely to take their foot off the gas as opposed to seeking a ninth victory in a row that will maintain their winning momentum.

Can the West Coast Trojans finish their home campaign on a positive note by stopping the Edinburgh Wolves juggernaut?  Get down to Meadow Park this afternoon to find out!

Gates open at 1pm, match starts at 2.30pm.

Admission is on the day priced: Adults £3/Child £1.

Spectator info: A BBQ and refreshments will be available throughout the game.
