The Gypsy King is returning!Ā Was it ever in doubt?Ā Tyson Fury is all set for a heavyweight comeback fight at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 11 April against Arslanbek Makmudov.Ā Fury v Makhmudov tickets are on sale.
The retirement is over and boxing business is incoming for former heavyweight champion of the world Tyson Fury.Ā The 37-year-old will lace up the gloves and step back in the ring at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 11 April.Ā In the opposite corner will be Russia’s Arslanbek Makhmudov, known for his explosive power.Ā Ā
Fury has not fought since December 2024 when he lost a rematch against unified champion Oleksandr Usyk.Ā But having stepped away from boxing for what will be sixteen months, Fury returns in the spring to face Makhmudov who has a record of 21 wins (19 by way of knockout) from 23 bouts.Ā The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium venue is familiar to Fury.Ā He fought there in his last UK appearance in December 2022, beating Derek Chisora to retain the WBC heavyweight title.
A press conference is scheduled to take place on Monday 16 February when full details of the fight, undercard and tickets will be confirmed.Ā Watch this space!
