Bennetts British Superbike Championship (BSB) action at Brands Hatch returns for an end of season triple-header where the championship will be decided. Last year a superb weekend of racing saw Tommy Bridwell crowned the 2023 BSB champion after the closest British Superbike finale in history. Arch-rival and PBM Ducati teammate Glenn Irwin won two races across the closing weekend, but could only finish in second place.
This season the Honda Racing UK and Hager PBM Ducati riders are both in the hunt again, with challenges from OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing’s Ryan Vickers and Kyle Ryde.
It’s all set up at the epic Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit for more thrills and spills as the superbike season reaches a finale. Racing takes place from 11-13 October, part of a festival of two-wheeled action.
The BSB is widely considered as the greatest domestic bike series in the world, famed for its close and dramatic racing. Bikes average more than 180bhp and are capable of reaching 200mph! The explosive acceleration off the line and riders rubbing shoulders at incredible speeds is not to be missed.
Friday is practice day ahead of the three BSB races which top the bill over the weekend. The first one takes place on Saturday following qualifying. Then on Sunday it’s a BSB double-header. All of the action will take place on the magical, full Grand Prix circuit.
There’s a host of other motorbike racing to enjoy alongside the BSB action. Highlights include the Pirelli National Superstock, National Sportbike, BMW Motorrad F900 R Cup and the Quattro British Supersport series.
