Carlton v Mazars Grange

Scottish Cup semi-final.  A midday start at Grange Loan for an eagerly anticipated cup semi-final between Carlton and current holders Mazars Grange.

It’s 50 overs a side between the first and third-placed teams in the Eastern Premier Division, and two sides who have plenty of recent history in the Scottish Cup.  Mazars Grange are the reigning cup-holders having beaten Clydesdale in last year’s final, a year after beating today’s opponents Carlton in the 2013 final.

Carlton will be desperate for revenge this afternoon and home advantage could be key if the match is tight.  The winner will go through to face either Arbroath United, NVT Poloc or Autoecosse Forfarshire in the final scheduled for 23 August.

Admission on the day.  Free entry all spectators.
