England return to SE11 in Test match action for the first time since their epic encounter with India in August 2025. This time it’s New Zealand, ranked number 5 in the ICC Men’s Test world rankings, who are the opposition. Tickets will go on sale later this year for the England Test match Oval action.
Taking place from Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 June a packed crowd is expected in south London as England look to continue their superb Test home form of 2024 and 2025 England beat the West Indies 3-0 in 2024. An appetiser for their astonishing showdown against India in 2025. Regarded by many as the best series on home soil since 2005, England came agonisingly close to famous run chase at the Oval. But they fell six runs short resulting in a 2-2 series draw. Test coach Brendon McCullum and captain Ben Stokes will be looking for more enthralling play from the England side, couple with a win against the Black Caps.
