CONGRATULATIONS to England who completed their preparations for the T20 World Cup with a resounding victory over Pakistan. Led by captain Jos Buttler the hosts were in fine form at the England v Pakistan IT20 at The Oval. Star batter Jonny Bairstow saw England home with an unbeaten 28 not out to complete a seven-wicket defeat of Pakistan.

All eyes will be on the action in south-east London today for the England v Pakistan IT20 at The Oval and a rematch of the 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup final.
The T20 series between the sides had lift-off earlier this month at Headingley. A total of four matches between England and Pakistan have also taken in Edgbaston and Sophia Gardens ahead of tonight’s finale.
England are the number two side in the ICC IT20 men’s rankings. Pakistan are the number four side.
