🏏 After a successful debut in 2021, Oval Invincibles return in The Hundred for a summer of 100-ball action in which Oval Invincibles women defend their title.  For the latest ticket information see below.

The players have been picked and the waiting is over to watch Oval Invincibles in The Hundred.  It’s all to play for in the tournament which made its inaugural appearance last summer and where the Oval Invincibles women’s team are the defending champions having beaten Southern Brave by 48 runs in the 2021 final at Lord’s.

Starring world-class players from around the world, The Hundred features 8 city-based teams.  Each team has a women’s squad and men’s squad – each made up of 15 players with a maximum of three overseas stars – with the competitions running alongside each other.

There are eight group games in the men’s competition with each team playing six other sides once and their nearest regional rivals twice.

Manchester Originals and Northern Superchargers will play each other twice, with the other double-header derbies London Spirit vs Oval Invincibles, Trent Rockets vs Birmingham Phoenix and Southern Brave vs Welsh Fire.

In the women’s competition there will be six group games only – due to the women’s cricket’s involvement in the Commonwealth Games – meaning some sides will not meet in the group stages.
