SOLD OUT.
It’s third and final day of action at the Emirates Arena as we find out who’ll be going through to the quarter-finals of the Davis Cup.
The last time these two nations met was at this very stage of the World Group in San Diego early last year, when an Andy Murray inspired Great Britain shocked the Americans in a 3-1 victory. The USA may lead the head-to-head count 11-8, however an expected sell-out crowd at the Emirates Arena will aim to cheer their side to victory in what should be a cracking day of tennis.
Today’s action features the reverse singles rubbers and with it likely that there is all to play for who will come out on top? Will it be Great Britain led by the Murray brothers or the Americans and their top ranked Bryan brothers? One thing for sure is the winners of this tie will progress to face-off against either France or Germany in the quarter-finals.
Doors open at 11am. Spectators are asked to be in their seats by 12.30pm in readiness for the first match at at 1pm. A limited amount of tickets for Sunday’s play are available online.
