The world’s best Counter-Strike teams are all set to descend on the capital to compete for global glory. The BLAST Premier London Open takes place in Wembley from Friday 5 September to Sunday 7 September. A must-see event for all esports fans Blast Premier London tickets are on sale now!
In 2024 BLAST Premier made its debut appearance in London with eight teams battling it out for a for the Spring Final trophy. And now top-tier Counter-Strike competition is back to the capital for a second year running.
The first stage will take place in the BLAST Studios in Copenhagen, where two groups of eight teams will battle it out in a double-elimination bracket to decide the six teams that will advance to playoffs.
After a short break, those teams will then make their way to London, where they will again do battle to see who will become the BLAST Premier Open champions and claim a lion’s share of the $400,000 prize pool.
In 2024, Andrew Haworth, Programme Director for BLAST Premier, said: “London is renowned for hosting world-leading events in sport, music and entertainment with the city now setting its sights on being a leading destination for esports. We look forward to working with London & Partners and Live Nation to achieve this aim. Bringing the first BLAST Premier arena event of 2024 to London is an important and exciting first step in this journey.

🚊 🚗 Travel tips: The closest tube station to OVO Arena Wembley is Wembley Park which is in Zone 4 and on the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines. It’s less than a 5/10 minute walk. Upon exiting the station via the lift or stairs, pass under the tunnel onto Olympic Way. When reaching Wembley Stadium (do not walk up the ramps) turn right.
