Sporting royalty is on stage in Dartford for an evening with Sir Bradley Wiggins, looking back on a stellar career that spanned two decades during which he won a glittering array of titles at the highest level.
Wiggins is a former British professional road and track cyclist who competed professionally between 2001 and 2016. He began his career on the track before making the transition to road cycling, winning Olympic medals across both disciplines and claiming a historic Tour de France victory in 2012, the first British cyclist to do so.
Displaying a versatility unmatched in a generation, Wiggins also wore the leader’s jersey in all three Grand Tours of cycling, won prestigious road races such as the Paris-Nice, Tour de Romandie and Critérium du Dauphiné, set a new world hour record and held the world record in team pursuit on multiple occasions.
When he retired in 2016 Wiggins was Great Britain’s most decorated Olympian with no less than eight medals, including five gold medals won during four consecutive Olympic Games from 2004 to 2016. He is the only rider to be a world and Olympic champion on both the track and the road, and the first man to win the Tour de France and Olympic gold in the same year.

🚊🚗 Travel tips: The nearest railway station to Orchard West is Dartford overground which is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) from the venue. The station is on the Thameslink Line and is also connected to London Bridge via Southeastern services. There is no official car park at the venue, however there are plenty of places to park nearby.
