Aberdeen v Dundee

Premiership.  Third from top plays third from the bottom as Aberdeen take on Dundee at Pittodrie this afternoon.  Kick-off is at 3pm and tickets are available.

Aberdeen have had a month to forget taking just one point from nine in matches against Partick Thistle, Celtic and Hibernian.  It’s a sequence of results that has seen Dons’ title challenge all bit fizzle out and their place in the top three come under threat.  A loss to the Hibees was particularly unwelcome as it means the side from Edinburgh are now just two points behind Aberdeen in the table and they could even have leapfrogged them come kick-off this afternoon with Hibernian travelling to St Johnstone last night.

A win today is the least the Pittodrie faithful will expect against a Dundee side who are languishing towards the bottom of the Premiership.  However don’t expect the Dark Blues to roll over as they go in search of points to lift them away from the relegation danger zone.

Previous head-to-head: Back in December at Dens Park.  Aberdeen securing a 1-0 win with a goal from Scott McKenna just after half-time.

Kick-off is at 3pm.

Tickets in advance are available via the ‘Get Tickets’ link or in person from the Pittodrie Ticket Office or by phone on 01224 63 1903.

Tickets on the gate are available priced: Adults between £13 to £28/Student and U18s £5.  Tickets subject to availability checking the Aberdeen FC Twitter feed before travelling is recommended.
