The excitement of Baller League returns this spring to the ‘box that rocks’, bringing high-energy six-a-side football with a twist. The fast-paced, fan-focused league has been shaking up the traditional game and offers an unmissable experience for both players and supporters alike. Season 3 starts on Monday 16 March. Baller League UK tickets for Season 3 are on sale now!
Season 3 of the competition will run for 11 consecutive Mondays at the Copper Box Arena. The top four teams progress to the semi-finals and final to determine the season’s ultimate winner. Each night features six 30-minute matches.
12 teams took part in Season 2. Wembley Rangers, managed by Ian Wright and Alan Shearer, were crowned champions. Rangers beat SDS FC (the inaugural Baller League UK champions) 4-3 in the final.
So far in Baller League football icons such as Luis Figo and John Terry have joined Wright and Shearer as team managers, joined by streamer AngryGinge and YouTube stars Miniminter and Tobi from Sidemen. A rollcall of legends such as Jens Lehmann and Robert Pirès have been on coaching duties.
The Draft for the Baller League UK Season 3 is expected to take place shortly. Each team manager will select players from a shortlist featuring former Premier League players, futsal players, free agents and released academy players.
Stay tuned for news of the 12 teams confirmed for Season 3. Many of the teams from Season 2 are expected to return. These were: 26ers, M7 FC, N5 FC, VZN FC, NDL FC, SDS FC, Yanited, Clutch FC, Rukkas FC, MVPs United, Deportrio, Wembley Rangers.

🚊🚗 Travel tips: Copper Box Arena. The nearest railway stations are Hackney Wick overground and Stratford International station. Both are approximately a 15-minute walk. Stratford International is one stop (5 minutes) from London St Pancras on the Javelin train. Stratford (with links to the underground and DLR) station is about a 15-minute walk. Plan your journey at the Transport for London website. Limited parking is available at the Copper Box Arena, however parking is available at the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre.
WHAT IS BALLER LEAGUE
Baller League isn’t your typical football competition. The innovative six-a-side league blends the energy of traditional football with dynamic new rules designed to keep fans on the edge of their seats. Originating in Germany, Baller League has rapidly gained a massive following, and after two successful seasons, it’s making its UK debut at the iconic Copper Box Arena.
The action kicks off with each team facing off in an exciting format, spanning 11 thrilling match days on Monday nights. Each game lasts just 30 minutes—15 minutes per half—keeping the pace fast and furious. But there’s a twist: the final three minutes of each half feature Gamechanger rules, including the heart-pounding Threeplay (3v3) mode.
These electrifying innovations ensure that every match builds to a dramatic, high-stakes climax. The top four teams will then battle it out in the Final Four for the ultimate showdown.
