Dumbarton v St Mirren

Championship.  Dumbarton welcome league leaders St Mirren to the Your Radio 103FM Stadium.  Kick-off is at 3pm with admission on the turnstiles.

A key match in the Championship pits two clubs from different ends of the table against each other.  Dumbarton have been struggling for a consistent run of form all season as a consequence of which the Sons are currently eighth in the table just 3 points ahead of Falkirk who are in the relegation play-off spot.  Meanwhile St Mirren are riding high at the top of the league, a run of four wins from five matches taking them ot the summit with a 6 point lead over nearest challengers Dundee United in second place.

Previous encounter: 2nd December at Paisley 2021 Stadium.  Dumbarton taking maximum points in a surprise 1-0 win after Tom Walsh had netted late on for the visitors.
