Premiership. A fascinating duel at Rugby Park sees Kilmarnock FC take on Partick Thistle in a match that could ultimately decide which team finishes the season in the relegation play-off spot.
Prior to last weekend Kilmarnock FC looked odds-on to finish eleventh in the table but that was before their stunning 4-0 win away to relegation rivals Hamilton Accies. It was a result that closed the gap between Killie and the Accies to just 4 points with three matches of the regular season to go, and while today’s opponents Partick Thistle had looked safe their 1-4 reverse at home to Inverness CT has also seen them dragged back into the relegation dogfight.
With Kilmarnock FC and Partick Thistle separated by just 6 points in the table it’s all to play for at Rugby Park for Killie as they look for a win that will close the gap on the Jags and also the Accies should they slip up away to Dundee this afternoon.
Kick-off at 3pm.
Admission on the day priced: Adults £20/Concessions – Over 65s and Under 21s – £15/Under 16s £5. Early arrival is recommended as a large turnout is expected.
