2023/2024 was a rollercoaster season for Liverpool with manager Jurgen Klopp announcing in January he would step down at the end of the campaign. SEASON SO FAR
It’s so far so good at Anfield with Arne Slot at the helm for the 2024/2025 season and looking to fill some rather big boots in the shape of Jürgen Klopp. So far Slot has slotted in perfectly. Liverpool are currently top of the Premier League table and and boast a perfect record of six wins from six in the Champions League group stages. The Reds are also in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup with their FA Cup campaign getting underway this month.
Coming up in January on home soil, the Reds are involved in FA Cup, Champions League and Premier League action against Accrington Stanley (Saturday 11 January), Lille (Tuesday 21 January) and Ipswich Town (Saturday 25 January) respectively. February starts with the visit of Spurs (Thursday 6 February) in their Carabao Cup semi-final second leg.
