West Ham finished 9th last season as David Moyes reign in E20 came to an end. Julen Lopetegui is the new man in charge and the next chapter in West Ham’s famous footballing history is about to be written.
Up first, it’s a battle of the claret and blue at London Stadium as West Ham host Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday 17 August. The Hammers players will be looking to impress their new boss, not to mention their passionate fans. Let the season begin!

🚊🚗 TRAVEL TIPS
Two stations – Stratford and Stratford International – within a 10/15-minute walk of London Stadium. Stratford is on the Central & Jubilee lines, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and London Overground. Also National Rail services operated by Greater Anglia and C2C. Stratford International station is accessible via Docklands Light Railway and Southeastern High Speed 1 services. Hackney Wick station, on the London Overground, is approximately a 15-minute walk. By bus the 388, 339 and D9 services stop close to the stadium.
