SEASON SO FAR
Fulham will be disappointed after losing 1-3 to Liverpool at Craven Cottage in the Premier League, to remain twelfth in the table.
Following a sublime free-kick scored by Trent Alexander-Arnold, the hosts got back into the game – Timothy Castagne scored his first goal for the club to level the scoring for Marco Silva’s side as the half-time whistle blew. Nevertheless, a wonder goal scored by Ryan Gravenberch, followed by a Diogo Jota finish, saw Liiverpool return to Anfield with three points. Despite the loss, Bernd Leno kept the Cottagers in the game with a series of terrific saves. But ultimately it was a frustrating afternoon in west London for Fulham fans.
Up next, Fulham host Crystal Palace on Saturday 27 April in the Premier League. Both clubs will be looking for bragging rights, following their 0-0 stalemate earlier in the season at Selhurst Park. Expect a free-flowing game!
