HOP London Padel Open ~ Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 August

🎾 The National Tennis Centre is the place to be for HOP London Padel Open with a host of top international players taking part.  Free and VIP tickets are available!  See below for the latest spectator information. 

Home Of Padel is set to live up to its name this week hosting a four-day festival of padel in south-west London headlined by the HOP London Padel Open, the biggest padel tournament ever held in the UK.

Taking place Thursday 3 to Sunday 6 August the HOP London Padel Open is part of the global Cupra FIP Tour.  Padel matches are all doubles.  The men’s and women’s draws feature an array of international players alongside homegrown stars including British men’s No.1 Christian Murphy and the defending women’s champion and British women’s No.1 Tia Norton (both pictured below).

As well as an opportunity to watch pro matches live the event will showcase the padel world bringing together players, fans, clubs, suppliers and media for a celebration of one of the world’s fastest growing sports.

Show court seats can be booked in advance (see ticket link below) offering great close-up views of matches.  Tickets are on general sale.  When registering/buying a ticket you will be prompted to sign up to the Home of Padel website for free.

The Spectator Village is the place for visitors to learn more about padel with interactive activities taking place throughout the week.  Food and sponsor stands including a Graham’s Port cocktail bar will also be located in the village.

🎟️ Free and VIP tickets are available to book via the ‘Get Tickets’ link.  Tickets are available to everyone.  When registering/purchasing you will be prompted to sign up for free to the Home of Padel website. 

⏱️ Play starts daily at 10am.

Thursday 3 and Friday 4 August: Qualification rounds. 

Saturday 5: Main draw and Women’s semi-finals.

Sunday 6 August: Men’s semi-finals followed by Women’s final and Men’s Final.  

🚊 🚗 Travel tips: Entry to the National Tennis Centre (map here) is via the entrance gate on Priory Lane.  Public transport is recommended.  The nearest railway station is Barnes (with connections to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo), a short taxi ride or approximately a 15 minute walk to the venue.  Or take the London Underground to East Putney station (on the District Line) and then the 337 bus alighting at Rosslyn Park RFC which is a 10 minute walk away from the centre.  Plan your journey at the Transport for London website.  If driving there is limited parking on site at the venue, with some street parking available on nearby Bank Lane.
