Horse racing meets meet evolution as Race Day 4 of the inaugural Racing League takes place at Royal Windsor Racecourse. Tickets are on sale now.
Taking place over 6 weeks this summer, each Thursday evening 12 teams go head-to-head in 6 races each worth £50k and a total of 100 points. Over 36 races in total, 3,600 points and over £2m in prize money is up for grabs, not to mention the title of 2021 Racing League winners that will be decided on 2 September.
It’s horse racing but not as you’ve known it. Launched at Newcastle at the end of July, the Racing League roadshow has so far taken in Newcastle, Doncaster and Lingfield Park en route to race night number four at Royal Windsor Racecourse.
Located next to the River Thames, in the shadow of Windsor Castle and set in 165 acres of stunning Berkshire countryside, the Windsor track is a perfect venue for tonight’s racing featuring all 12 teams in six 12-runner races ranging from five furlongs to a mile and a half in length.
And there’s not just horse racing from 5.25pm to enjoy. Arrive early and head to the INfield for a festival vibe where you can listen to local bands and DJs, grab a drink from one of the many bars and enjoy food from around the world. There are also lots of activities for children to make it a family-friendly occasion.
