Perth Racecourse

Day One of the oldest fixture at Perth Racecourse.  It’s the Glorious Finale marking the end of another great season of jumps action at Perth.  Gates open at 12 noon and tickets are available.

There are six races in all to enjoy, with the gin bar open in the Grandstand enclosure for you to visit between races.  Make sure you head to the Parade Ring before you place your bets to get a good look at the runners – the yards from the south of England dominated last year but who knows what will happen this time around!

So get your fancy tweeds on and enjoy a fantastic day of racing as we come to the end of another great season at Perth!

Race info – It’s the penultimate day of the season and the opening of the winter jumps season – so it’s sure to attract some of the best horses from across the UK & Ireland.  Last year, stables such as Nigel Twiston-Davies, Tom George and David Pope dominated but Alistair Whillans, who hails from Hawick, made sure that the Scots didn’t go home empty handed thanks to his 10/1 winner Claude Carter.
