Stand by for a great night of boxing at the Glasgow City Hotel as some of the country’s brightest talents, led by Charlie ‘The Mailman’ Flynn, enter the ring on this Morrison Promotions show.
The Mailman has certainly delivered in his professional career so far, with six win out of six since he turned pro after winning the Commonwealth Games lightweight gold medal at the SSE Hydro. Tonight he looks to make it seven on the spin when he steps in the ring against Sunderland’s Jordan Ellison.
Among the other boxers in action tonight is undefeated super-bantamweight Joe Ham (who shares an identical unbeaten record to Flynn) who takes on Latvia’s Dmitrijs Gutmans and Lewis Paulin from Melrose seeking his fifth straight win as a super-featherweight. Scottish prospects Jamie McGuire and Stuart Burt, both hailing from Glasgow, are also in action to make it five fights in all to enjoy during the evening.
With over 600 tickets already sold for the Morrison Promotions show it promises to be a great atmosphere inside the main function room at Glasgow City Hotel.
Doors open at 7pm, boxing to commence at 9.30pm.
