Motorsport News Circuit Rally Championship

This year’s motorsport season draws to a close at Knockhill with the latest round of the 2017/2018 Motorsport News Circuit Rally Championship.  Gates open at 8am and tickets are available.

Knockhill is delighted to be hosting Round 3 of the 2017/18 Motorsport News Circuit Rally Championship, sponsored by Beatson’s Building Supplies, with its first visit North of the Border.  A capacity entry of top calibre cars is expected to tackle the tarmac rally stages, all based at Knockhill.  This all-day event will bring the best of rally action to you as the cars set off at 30-second intervals over stages that are as much as 5 miles long.  If you enjoyed the Grant Construction Rally in February then this event is for you as it takes things up to a National status as other rounds take place at the likes of Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Cadwell Park.

The range of cars expected will include the original Austin Mini Cooper S to the modern World Rally Championship specials such as the Subaru Impreza and a legion of iconic 1970s Ford Escorts, the MSN Rally Championship is open to any number of rally-prepared cars.

Split into classes based on their engine capacity, the cars will be required to pass scrutineering checks at each round of the Championship and comply with the rules set out within the 2016 MSA Blue Book.
