Netball Under 21 European Championships

Aberdeen Sports Village is the venue for four days of top-class netball action as Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland compete for the right to be crowned the 2017 Under 21 European Champions.  The first match is on court at 10am and tickets are available in advance.

No less than eight international teams are in action at Aberdeen Sports Village between 11th to 14th May.  The netball Under 21 European Championships features England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland.  Alongside four developing nations Bermuda, Gibraltar, Israel and The Republic of Ireland, compete in the open challenge section.  Both tournaments are in a round-robin format and the Under 21 Championships will have an added edge for the home nations teams as it’s their final competition before the Under 21 World Cup in July.

There are no less then five matches today starting at 10am with Israel vs Bermuda in the open challenge.  England take on Northern Ireland at 2pm with Scotland v Wales forming the finale of Friday’s action from 7pm.  See main picture (above) for the full match schedule including timings for 11th to 14th August.  A sell-out is expected at the netball Under 21 European Championships so don’t delay in securing your ticket!
