Queen’s Park v East Stirlingshire

League Two.  After a 2-1 loss at home to Albion Rovers that stopped them going top of the league, Queen’s Park bounced back impressively last Saturday with a 2-0 win away to Clyde that moved them back into second place and just two points behind leaders Arbroath.

Today the Spiders entertain East Stirlingshire who have had a pretty average season thus far, although they have taken seven points out of the last nine available.  A win today at the Excelsior Stadium could even see the Shire move into the play-off places if other results go their way, however the Spiders will be in no mood for charity as they maintain their pursuit of Arbroath and top spot in the league.
