Taking place from Tuesday 2 July to Sunday 7 July Henley Royal Regatta features 300 races of an international standard, which can include Olympic rowers as well as crews new to the event. Henley Royal Regatta tickets are on sale now!
The most famous regatta in the world is a highlight of both the summer sporting calendar and social season and attracts thousands of visitors over the week.
With plenty of racing action, great food & drink and an electric atmosphere it offers a great day out for first-timers and seasoned Members alike. A quintessentially British event that’s not to be missed!
There are two enclosures – the Regatta Enclosure and the Stewards’ Enclosure, the latter for Members and their guests.
The Regatta Enclosure is open to the general public and is situated on the racing course on the Berkshire bank, just downstream from the finish line and the Stewards’ Enclosure.
An ideal place from where families and supporters can watch the racing – including children of all ages – the Regatta Enclosure (with its relaxed dress code) features riverside seating and an open Grandstand, as well as a covered restaurant (offering both formal & informal dining) and a bar to kick back and relax with friends.

🗝️ Enclosures open 30 minutes prior to the start of racing, apart from on Sunday when they open at 10am.
Tuesday 7 July to Friday 10 July ~ Racing from 9am to 7.30pm.
Saturday 11 July ~ Racing from 10am to 7.30pm.
Sunday 12 July ~ Racing from 11am to 4.30pm.

Travel tips: Henley Royal Regatta takes place on the River Thames in the town of Henley-on-Thames. The spectating enclosures are located on the Berkshire bank, within easy walking distance of Henley town and Henley-on-Thames railway station. The station is a branch line linking Henley and Twyford on the GWR line, both with services from London Paddington. Plan your journey using the Transport for London website. Henley-on-Thames is located 13 miles from Junction 8/9 on the M4, and 16 miles from Junction 4 on the M40. The most convenient taxi drop-off during Regatta is in the town, on the A4130, a short walk from the Regatta site. More travel guidance is available on the regatta website here.
