What better way to spend a summer’s day than a celebration of high-quality rugby with a difference. Twyford Avenue Sports Ground is the place to be on Saturday 19 July for the LIT7s London 7s.
The home of Wasps Rugby Club will be transformed for one of the UK’s hottest sevens tournament. Over 70+ amateur and elite teams are due to take part with major prizes at stake. There will also be an all-day bar, live music, night party, cheerleaders, food and much more! First matches will kick-off at 9.30am. Don’t miss this electrifying festival of athleticism and entertainment!
Hosted by LIT7s, the 2024 event featured teams from the United States, Ireland, Germany, Jamaica and Uganda across men’s and women’s sevens tournaments. The British Army and Rugby for Heroes also featured sides, with Great Britain players also taking part ahead of Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Likewise West Acton tube station on the Central line is within walking distance of the ground. As is Acton Central on the overground. Car parking can be purchased in advance at £10 per car. Limited spaces available. Plan your journey at the Transport for London website.
