All eyes will be on The Stoop this afternoon for the finale of the women’s rugby union domestic season. Following its debut event in Twickenham in 2026, the women’s rugby’s elite club final returns to TW2 in 2027 where it will also be hosted in 2028 and 2029 following a recent announcement. Taking place on Sunday 27 June, Premiership Women’s Rugby final tickets are on sale now!
Premiership Women’s Rugby has established itself as the best domestic competition in the women’s game, with global stars plying their trade in the league for all nine clubs. And in June 2027, two teams will once again battle it out to be crowned champions at the PWR final.
In 2026, an all-London affair saw Saracens put on a powerful display against Trailfinders Women. The north London side dominated proceedings to run out 52-14 winners against a Trailfinders side making their debut in the PWR final.
In 2025, Gloucester-Hartpury achieved a ‘three-peat’ at StoneX Stadium beating Saracens 34-19 in the final. Prop Maud Muir epitomised their power with an unstoppable Player of the Match performance. With three consecutive domestic titles to their name, Gloucester-Hartpury established themselves as the dominant force in UK women’s club rugby.

🚊🚗 Travel tips: The nearest train station is Twickenham, which is a short walk from The Stoop. Regular trains run to Twickenham from London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Reading, Ascot and Windsor & Eton Riverside. Turn right out of the station, and continue down Whitton Road. Proceed down Court Way and turn left on to Egerton road. At the mini-roundabout, turn right onto Craneford Way and enter the stadium at the end of the road.
