Watsonian FC v Ayr

Watsonian FC take on Ayr in a rearranged match between third and fourth in the BT Premiership.  Kick-off is at 3pm with admission on the gate.

Watsonian FC are having a season to remember riding high in the Premiership with a place in the play-offs secured.  After 17 matches they have 57 points in the bag which is exactly the same record as today’s visitors Ayr, the difference being Watsonians have a better goal difference.

With Heriot’s losing last weekend to Currie Chieftains both Watsonian FC and Ayr will take to the pitch secure in the knowledge they are into the end of season play-offs.  However both sides will want to maintain a winning momentum not to mention lay down a marker before they face either Currie Chieftains or leaders Melrose, the loser of today’s match facing an away trip to the latter.

Head-to-head: The sides met back in October for the corresponding fixture at Millbrae.  The result: Ayr 12 – 48 Watsonian FC.

Kick-off is at 3pm.

Admission is at the gate priced: Adults £12 ~ Concessions £6 = Over 65s and Students ~ Under 18’s go free.
