Today promises to be a memorable day of swim, bike and run action as triathlonscotland host a brand new Scottish Championship event for 2015.
Strathclyde Park is the venue for the Scottish Club Relay Championships as the best teams from clubs across the country compete for the elusive first championship victory in this competition. The teams must consist of two men and two women and the course replicates that which was used for Glasgow 2014 as far as possible with a 300m swim followed by a 5km road based bike ride and finishes off with a 1.5km run. Each team member runs individually and must tag the next team member before they can head off. It is sure to be a great race with the best of the country’s triathletes competing.
