CEV U19 Women’s Volleyball European Championship

Day 1 of the U19 Women’s Volleyball European Championship taking place at The University of Edinburgh where Scotland are one of five teams taking part in an international round-robin competition that concludes on Sunday.

Three days of top-class volleyball will see the Gold Medal awarded on Sunday to the winning nation.  Scotland the hosts are joined in the finals by Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Luxembourg and Northern Ireland who will all play each other once during the course of the competition.

First match on today is Northern Ireland v Cyprus is the opening match at 1pm followed by Faroe Islands against Luxembourg at 4pm before the hosts bring the opening day to a close with a Friday night encounter against Northern Ireland.

Today’s matches:-

1pm – Northern Ireland vs Cyprus
4pm – Faroe Islands vs Luxembourg
7pm – Scotland vs Northern Ireland
