London Giants are all set to host a double-header of Volleyball England club matches showcasing their top women’s and men’s team. Strap yourselves in for a feast of volleyball on Sunday 29 March in Brixton. London Giants will be joined by Bristol and Newcastle Knights for a bumper day of Super League and NVL Division One action. London Giants Double-Header Weekend tickets are on sale now.
ELITE ACTION
A women’s National Volley League (NVL) Division 1 South showdown between London Giants vs Bristol will start at 12.30pm. The NVL is next step down from the Super League (see below). London Giants are currently top of Division 1, on 35 points, with a perfect record of 13 wins from thirteen matches. Their recent win against Essex Trinity secured promotion to the Super League. Now the Londoners are on a mission for a perfect win record this season in NVL Division 1 South. They will start as hot favourites against today’s opponents Bristol. The Bristol-based side are currently fifth in the table.
At 3pm all eyes will be on a men’s Super League match-up between London Giants v Newcastle Knights. The Super League is the pinnacle of English club volleyball. London Giants are second in the league and on a mission to be crowned 2025/2026 champions. They are 3 points behind today’s opponents Newcastle Knights who lead the way at the top of the table. But the Giants have a game in hand. A win for the Giants will put them in the driving seat to finish top at the conclusion of the regular season. Then attention will turn to the end-of-season play-offs featuring the top four sides.
Two thrilling matches filled with spikes, blocks, and serves that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Don’t miss out on the action-packed games between these teams. Grab your friends and come cheer on your favourite players as they battle it out on the court!
