2025 EVENT PREVIEW
One of the most iconic stars in Mexican Lucha Libre is saying goodbye to the ring in 2025. The ‘El Hijo del Santo’ farewell tour will touch down for two shows in the capital on Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November. Lucha Libre London tickets are on sale now.
“The Greatest Spectacle of Lucha Libre” comes to the famous York Hall with a “Dia de Muertos” show. The event is so named as it takes place on Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), one of Mexico’s biggest cultural events. It’s a true celebration of Mexican culture.
Lucha Libre is Mexico’s unique style of professional wrestling. It features mythical, colourful masks and dangerous, acrobatic, and daredevil moves. The wrestlers, known as “luchadores”, bring their unique personalities to the ring, creating a spectacular blend of action and drama.
The Dia de Muertos show in London is part of the farewell tour of one of Mexico’s greatest luchador, the legend with the silver mask “El Hijo del Santo”. He will be joined in the ring by his son, Santo Jr, along with an array of masked luchadores continuing their family legacy. These include Tejano Jr., Super Nova, former WWE star Julissa Mexa, wrestling star Ludark, Tigre Blanco, accomplished luchador Redimido, Bobby Lee Jr. and Ciclon Ramirez Jr.
