🤼 It’s official wrestling fans. The Greatest Spectacle of Lucha Libre will return to the capital in April 2027 with back-to-back shows at York Hall. Read on for a preview and the latest ticket information.
Buckle up for not one but two nights of Lucha Libre action featuring Mexico’s iconic masked superheroes. Taking place on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 April, Lucha Libre London tickets are on sale now.
“The Greatest Spectacle of Lucha Libre” comes to the iconic York Hall in east London with a true celebration of Mexican culture. Lucha Libre was first introduced in the early 20th century and has developed into Mexico’s unique style of professional wrestling. It features mythical, colourful masks and dangerous, acrobatic, and daredevil moves. The wrestlers, known as “luchadores”, bring their unique personalities to the ring, creating a spectacular blend of action and drama.
In 2025, the Dia de Muertos show in London was part of the farewell tour of one of Mexico’s greatest luchador, the legend with the silver mask “El Hijo del Santo”. He was joined in the ring by his son, Santo Jr, along with an array of masked luchadores continuing their family legacy. These included Tejano Jr., Super Nova, former WWE star Julissa Mexa, wrestling star Ludark, Tigre Blanco, accomplished luchador Redimido, Bobby Lee Jr. and Ciclon Ramirez Jr.
Now the 2027 editions awaits. Stand by for York Hall to be transformed into a Mexican Arena, where spectators can immerse themselves in a mythical and ferocious world in which “Good” battles “Evil” through fierce and flamboyant competition.
