Tips to ensure you receive SportonSpec emails safely as follows:-
*Internet service providers, email services and IT departments all protect you from spam, however this can result in emails you want getting blocked as well. To ensure you receive your weekly Sport on Spec update we recommend the following:-
1. Your email software:
Put firstname.lastname@example.org in your 'safe sender' list and if you are a Hotmail or Gmail user add our email address to your address book.
2. Your anti-spam software:
If you have anti-spam software running on your machine such as Norton or McAfee, add email@example.com to the safe sender list.
3. Your IT Department or Internet Service Provider (ISP):
If you are still not receiving our weekly email having taken steps 1 & 2 above, it's likely your IT department or ISP is blocking emails from firstname.lastname@example.org before they can reach you. In that case we suggest you ask your ISP and/or IT department allow emails to come through to you from email@example.com by 'whitelisting' the address.
Last but not least - if all else fails it may be time to get a new email address!
