SEASON SO FAR
A chastening 3-0 home defeat to arch rivals Liverpool in November was enough to see manager Erik ten Hag given the sack and replaced by Ruben Amorim. Amorim has not been afraid to ring the changes, however the Red Devils have flattered to deceive for much of the season. A 2-1 derby win over arch rivals Manchester City one of too few highlights.
Approaching the final two months of the season, Man Utd are thirteenth in the Premier League table. Knocked out of the FA Cup by Fulham their hopes of silverware rest with the Europa League. A quarter-final showdown against Olympique Lyonnais is fast-approaching.

New signing Joshua Zirkee is still finding his feet for the Red Devils after his debut goal against Fulham. The young Netherlands star could prove to be an integral part of United’s attack this season. Meanwhile much is expected of 2023/2024 Player of the Season Alejadro Garnacho by the Old Trafford faithful.
