Canary Wharf is the place to be for the North Face Climb Festival on Saturday 13 July. Featuring some of the best climbers in the world, Harbour Quay Gardens & South Dock hosts the action. Expect DJs, star workshops not to mention elite-level competition with the finale shortly before 6pm. Register here for free tickets.
BREAKING
Breaking makes its debut at Paris 2024 Olympics but not before a week-long exhibition of the sport in central London. Cue Breaking March Arch which takes place from Monday 15 July to Friday 19 July. Demonstrations daily from 12.30pm-1.30pm. Entry is free! Preview here.
🏀 BASKETBALL
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is the place to be for the Subway Summer Slam on Thursday 18 July and Sunday 21 July. Great Britain’s men take on South Sudan on 18 July. That’s followed by Great Britain’s women against Germany on 21 July. Preview and ticket info here.
Across London at The O2, for three nights only (Saturday 20, Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 July) USA take centre stage against South Sudan and Germany in USA Basketball Showcase London. Limited tickets remain, details here.

🏅 ATHLETICS
Stars of global track and field are back in the capital for the London Diamond League at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Saturday 20 July. Sprinting sensation Noah Lyles joins the likes of double 400m hurdle world champion Femke Bol and Team GB’s very own Keely Hodgkinson, Dina Asher-Smith, Katarina Johnson-Thompson and Matthew Hudson-Smith making their final preparations for the Paris 2024. 🏊♀️🚴🏃♀️ TRIATHLON
Team GB legend Alistair Brownlee is the headline act at the London T100 Triathlon which makes its debut appearance in the capital at the end of the month. Part of a brand new T100 Triathlon World Tour, racing takes place on Saturday 27 July (elite women) and Sunday 28 July (elite men) in London’s Docklands. Spectating is free.
